The information that we collect is for intended for internal use only and CalPOP does not intend to release this information to anyone outside CalPOP (except to third party service providers to CalPOP who perform functions on our behalf but in such event personal information will only be shared to the extent reasonably necessary to perform their functions and they will not be authorized to use it for any other function), unless the customer has consented to such disclosure.
If there is a breach of the terms and conditions of our agreement, or if we are under a legal obligation to disclose or share information, we may disclose information to a relevant government agency or entitled party. If this is a concern, please contact us. We may also release information to third parties in order to assist with industry efforts to control fraud, spam or other conduct which violates our terms of service.
CalPOP may also release information we collect to third parties, where the information is provided to enable such third party to provide services to us or to our customers. The information may be used to process customer service requests, handle sales orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with customers, recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to customers, to personalize visits to CalPOP.com, and to enable us to monitor and improve the quality of the service we provide.
